EXPERIENCE
I’ve worked across multiple areas of manufacturing: production, scheduling, materials, inventory, suppliers, and operations leadership. That matters because problems on the floor rarely stay inside one department. My career has taught me to look at the whole chain—demand, material, capacity, labor, schedule, execution, and delivery—and understand where the operation is losing control.
